This condominium community offers a comfortable, well-maintained place to call home in North Palm Beach. The building is a five-story residential condominium with 33 units, designed to provide a quieter, close-knit living environment.

The Building & Common Areas
The building features interior and exterior common areas maintained by the Association, including a patio and garden area with a BBQ, providing residents with space to relax and gather outdoors.
In addition, the community shares a larger common property with two neighboring condominium buildings. These shared amenities include:
- A swimming pool
- A clubhouse
- A dock along the Intracoastal Waterway
- A large BBQ area located next to the dock

How the Community Is Managed
The community is governed by a Condominium Association and overseen by a Board of Directors, with day-to-day operations supported by professional property management.
